Brief: To give the old brand a new identity, including logo and packaging for the range of pestos and fresh pasta sold. Phil was looking for something that would bring across the organic, handmade, and creative quality of his products while keeping that playful, personal connection he has with his customers at the farmers’ markets.

Response: Taking the idea of handmade pasta further, I played around with hand-cut letters to derive the type for the logo. The packaging is simple, making use of clean outlines to reference the ingredients/nature of the products, yet at the same time, keeping it fun and playful with the colours, shapes, and variation of typography used.
